About the role

You'll cover the full HR cycle for the organization: recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, policy questions, and performance review coordination. You'll advise managers on employment standards, document and help resolve workplace issues, keep the employee handbook and HRIS current, support payroll changes, and run small projects like training rollouts or engagement surveys. Every day mixes hands-on administration with judgment calls.

What you'll bring

You bring a few years of broad HR experience, working knowledge of employment legislation, and the flexibility to switch between paperwork and people problems. You handle confidential matters with care and give managers practical advice, not just policy citations.
