About the role

You'll own recruiting end to end: partnering with leaders on workforce plans, building sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, and running a hiring process that's fast, fair, and consistent. You'll manage and coach recruiters, hold the bar on candidate experience, track metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance, and negotiate offers on senior searches yourself. You'll also strengthen the employer brand and make sure hiring practices meet Canadian employment standards.

What you'll bring

You bring full-cycle recruiting depth, experience leading a hiring team or function, and the credibility to push back on managers when a search is scoped wrong. You're data-literate, organized across many open roles, and genuinely good at judging both talent and fit.
